Refund and Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Please read the guidelines below carefully if you would like a refund or replacement item.


  • If you receive a broken, incorrect or defective item, please contact us at alison@aliquidlacquer.com with a photo of the damage if applicable. ("Defective" items are considered to be items that cannot be used for their intended purpose or do not conform to reasonable performance or quality standards.) We will be happy to send you a replacement item, or to send you a refund if you wish. We will pay the shipping charges for replacement items.
  • If you feel that the product you purchased does not match the description given on its product page, please contact us. Any refunds or replacements will be given at the sole discretion of ALIQUID Lacquer.
  • If your order is lost in the mail, let us know. We will open a report with USPS. If your package is not found in a timely manner, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
  • If your order is marked as "delivered" by USPS but is not in your mailbox, we will be happy to file a report, but are no longer responsible for providing refunds or replacements.
  • For international orders: you are responsible for any customs fees that may be charged. If a package is returned to us by customs, we will reship it once at no cost to you.
  • If there are no problems with your purchase, it is considered final and we cannot provide a refund or replacement.

Refund/replacement requests must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your package.
